Suitable for mixing and drying various plastic raw materials such as polystyrene, polypropylene, engineering plastics, and polyvinyl chloride. Has the following main characteristics:
- Adopting microcomputer control, with adjustable running time, advance warning time, interruption time, and continuation time; Adjustable reserved startup time; Equipped with a movable manual control box, it is convenient for on-site staff to operate the machine;
- Equipped with motor reverse phase loss and overload protection functions, the dry series is equipped with multi-level over temperature protection (using liquid expansion type temperature limiting protection device), complete alarm function (sound and light alarm and corresponding code displayed in the alarm window), to ensure the normal operation of the machine;
- The conical part of the barrel body is made of double-layer (inner layer is stainless steel), with insulation material sandwiched in the middle to achieve the effect of insulation and energy saving. The inner barrel body, propeller, shaft, cylinder, bracket, feeding hopper, discharge port, return port, cleaning door, etc. are all made of stainless steel materials.
